A Lesson About Registry Fix-The All in One Solution

There are times when the computer gets really slow. This could be very annoying especially if you are doing something urgent. I've experience this a lot of times and boy am I so frustrated. It's like having a nightmare in the middle of the day. I would turn the computer on and off thinking that it will solve the problem. It didn't. I've tried everything I can think of: anti-virus, online scan, spy ware remover, etc. but it's still slow. I didn't know then that all I need is a quick fix. The only other solution that I could think of is to reformat so I did. Guess what happened? I lost many important file!

I don't want to go through that same nightmare again in the future. I talked to an expert and his suggestion is to try registry fix. Now the first thing that I thought was "registry what?" How would windows problems slow down a computer? I thought that it was really absurd. I know that virus slows down computer. Same with spy wares, but registry? I always thought that windows fixes are designed to help computers perform faster and not slow it down.

So why would I try registry fix? I found the answer by knowing what windows registry do to the computer. I found out that when I install an application in my computer it will write information in the registry so that it will perform faster. There's no problem with that. The problem starts when you uninstall that application. Some applications will automatically erase the registry entry in the computer. But not all applications do that. Some of them leave their registry entry. When there's too many registry entries in the computer that's the time when it starts to slow down. The computer will have difficulty in reading the long list of registry entry in its system.

How does a registry fix solve the problem then? Well, it looks for registry errors and fixes them. There are many types of error in the registry and the program that will fix the registry will locate these errors. Errors may include: invalid help paths, invalid Windows fonts, invalid file associations, obsolete software entries, useless file extensions, invalid application paths, non-existent Startup Programs, non-existent shared dlls, non-existent history lists file, invalid program shortcuts, invalid add/remove programs, empty uninstall entries, non-existent file or folder, old start menu key, empty registry keys and many others.

A registry fix will really help to make computers perform faster. I was amazed when I performed a registry fix in my computer and compared the performance before and after. My computer really worked well after the operation. My computer has a lot of errors. It accumulated after many install and uninstall process.

Various things that you do to your computer without taking the registry entries into consideration will create registry errors. This will slow down your computer considerably. It is therefore advisable to perform a registry fix once in a while especially when you sense that the computer is becoming too slow.
