I earn money working online. Imagine saying that the next time someone asks you what you do for a living. Instead of simply saying I work at home. Whats the difference? Just because you own a work at home business doesn't mean you are actually making money. But there are ways you can go from saying, I work from home to I'm making money from home. Here's how:

1. Look for ways to earn money working online by helping others. If you write for example, you can earn money from home as a content provider, copywriter, or product and service reviewer. Because many webmasters outsource the task of writing to others in order to get frequent, fresh content, you can earn a full-time income with this work from home business.

2. Create back links to get your site noticed. Search engines reward sites that are valued by other sites. To do this, post interesting and valuable comments on blogs posts, forums and social networking sites. If your posts tend to become popular within the community and get noticed by search engines, you can earn money working online by doing this for other webmasters.

3. Blog more regularly. Some people use blogs to compliment their websites, others use it as a vehicle to make money from home. You can advertise your products and services on your blog; load it with Google Adsense, and let others advertise on it for a monthly fee. But in order for your blog to pull in profits you have to blog on a regular basis.

Posting at least three times a week keeps your blog in front of search engines. And because blogs that are kept up to date are more valued and trusted they tend to pull in more sales for the work at home business owner. If you are fast at turning out quality articles, you can make money by blogging for other websites.

4. Set up a mini shop. If your site has a cool logo that would look good on a t-shirt you can create a shop using a site to let visitors purchase your merchandise. You don't have to worry about packaging, shipping, or even creating the t-shirt you just send in your logo. You can also use auction sites and offer hot selling or recommended items that compliment your websites niche.

5. Package your knowledge. You can earn money working online by selling DVD's, e-Books, or audios that you created. Everybody knows something and by setting up a mini site you can get your knowledge to others without the hassle of maintaining a huge website. This is a very popular work at home business model.

6. Create multiple streams of income. Once you have one website or blog that is successful set up another. It can be a similar topic that caters to an entirely different audience or you can target a completely new industry. By having multiple sites and multiple streams of income, you increase the success rate of your work at home business.

It takes a lot of work to go from working at home to making money from home but it sure feels good when you're able to tell yourself and others I will earn money working online!
