HOW TO USE THE SLENDERTONE BELT TO GET MAXIMUM RESULTS

Well I have been a slendertone user now for several years and have maintained flat abs since I have been using this belt

The stomach muscles have to be the hardest part of your body to tone ,

Can be easily set up in seconds , the good thing about the machine , it is so easy to set up .

Attach the pads and then slip the belt around your waist, switch the unit on and begin toning .

What does it feel like?
If you haven’t used Slendertone before, you may find it an unusual sensation, but a pleasant one. You will feel a mild muscle stretching sensation, followed by some tightening of the abdominal muscles. The muscles should contract smoothly and hold in a tensed position for a few seconds and then gently relax again.

I use my belt daily in the weekdays with weekends off so how often you use is up to you but maximum benefits suggest daily use to begin with

Things to be always sure of make sure the pads are positioned on the metal studs and that they are not exposed.

When pads become worn down make sure you change them if used daily like me they last about 4 months if after that time they are worn and you carry on using them you get a horrible tingling on your stomach and that is because the pads are worn down so make sure you change them otherwise it becomes uncomfortable to use

I use my belt for a total of three sessions which is three times 30 minutes workout , when you first start only do one workout so your muscles adjust otherwise like any muscle they will be sore the next day.

If the machine makes a beeping noise , it can mean contact is not being made so switch off and re-adjust the pads and check batteries and make sure contact against the skin is good otherwise it will bleep and the sensation will be uncomfortable

Like any machine you use, your diet and health are important so small changes in your lifestyle are important as well as using the belt
