Tea and Weight Loss

Drinking tea can be an effective way to lose weight, and it can also be used as an effective addition to any existing weight loss regimen. In fact, green tea and white tea extracts are already being used in many diet supplements that you see on TV. Tea is used in these products because it is known to naturally boost your metabolism!
