Trasylol Legal Case Gains Steam

The Trasylol Legal Case has been headlining the news and Television programs for over a year now. The Trasylol recall of 2007 brought to public what was one of the most shocking and devastating revelations in the recent decade. Trasylol, manufactured by Bayer Pharmaceuticals, was found out to cause kidney failure resulting in death. Trasylol was on the market for over fourteen years before the negative side effects were found to be true. However, in 2005 Bayer conducted their own study about Trasylol but decided to hide the results. Because of these unethical decision-makings by Bayer, 20,000 people a month died due to kidney failure while Bayer willingly knew what was going on. After the negative side effects were finally revealed and Trasylol was recalled, Trasylol legal cases began.
