Bronx Construction Accident Lawyers Find Job Site Owners Liable For Injury

The Bronx is in the middle of a building boom, with more than $450 million dollars spent on building projects in the city just in last month alone. A lot of this money has been spent on building homes and apartments for people who are moving into the city. The popularity of people visiting New York City and specifically the Bronx during this holiday time has become increasingly popular in the last few years and will continue to grow as the population increases.

Many of these people working on these construction projects in the Bronx and frustrated and annoyed because many of them have no received money they were owed from overtime work done on a couple dozen buildings recently renovated and built in the Bronx. These workers may have been waiting up to five years to be paid from these construction companies, and there is over $1 million dollars in late overtime payments that is still due. With the mix of the poor weather that often accompanies the city in the winter mixed with the mismanagement of money in the past few years causes quite a uncomfortable and frustrating situation for construction workers in the Bronx.
